That’s why Doggy Dayspa’s Puppy Intro service is designed to gently introduce your little one to the sights, sounds, and sensations of grooming in a calm and caring environment. Our mobile grooming van/trailer brings the spa to your doorstep, creating a familiar and relaxed setting for your puppy’s first groom. This special introductory session includes: ✔️ A warm, soothing bath ✔️ A gentle blow-dry ✔️ Paw pad trimming for extra comfort ✔️ A light facial trim (if needed) We recommend this service to help puppies build confidence and create positive grooming associations from an early age. With plenty of cuddles and reassurance along the way, your pup will be set up for a lifetime of happy, stress-free grooming sessions. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged to the card used at booking a non refundable fee of $20. For all grooms we will assess your dog at the commencement of their appointment. Matted dogs will be charged an extra $30/groom. This is to cover the extended time required to safely remove matted fur. If your dog bites or shows signs of aggression or severe discomfort with the grooming process, we will not rebook your dog, and their initial groom may be cancelled depending on their demeanour. It is more important to us to have safe grooming for both our staff, and your dog.
