Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with Doggy Dayspa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments and Scheduling

  • Punctuality: Appointment times may vary by up to 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

  • Owner Presence: The owner agrees to be present for the entire duration of the scheduled appointment to ensure the safety and comfort of their pet. The owner does not have to attend the trailer/van (although they are welcome to), however they must remain at the address so we can return their dog safely at the end of their appointment and ensure the owner is happy with the service and care provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee.

This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients effectively.

Weather Policy

  • Electrical Storms: In the event of electrical storms, clients will be notified and given the option to reschedule to a suitable time, ensuring the safety of both pets and staff.

Health and Behaviour

  • Health Assurance: By booking, the owner confirms that their dog is in good health and capable of undergoing the chosen grooming service.

  • Aggressive Behaviour: If a dog displays aggressive behaviour, part or all of the service may be voided, and the full fee will still apply.This policy ensures the safety of our staff and other pets.

Matted Fur Policy

  • Mat Removal: Dogs with matted fur will incur an additional charge of $15 per section for mat removal. This process is time-consuming and requires extra care to ensure the comfort and safety of your pet.

Vaccinations

  • Vaccination Requirements: It is the owner's responsibility to ensure their pet is up-to-date with vaccinations.Proof of vaccination may be required prior to the grooming session.This measure helps maintain a safe and healthy environment for all pets.
